Modern presses like the Roland high definition large format digital printers we use at Nicotech are much more advanced and versatile than traditional presses. They’re much quicker and cheaper to run. The print quality is better than ever with rich, vibrant colours and superb image reproduction. Floor Graphics Printing

The floor is the limit when you order brilliant printed floor graphics to turn what’s beneath your feet into
advertising or signage space! Our self-adhesive vinyl floor graphics have a non-slip grain-textured finish in compliance with Health and safety regulations and are scuff and scratch resistant (even from high heels and in high traffic areas) and will last up to 12 months. Printed using high definition 1440dpi print and premium ink, they almost look too good to stand on. They are incredibly easy to apply, are wipe clean and can be easily removed without damaging your floor.

Aluminium Board Printing

Our aluminium board consists of a 3mm aluminium composite panel that’s equivalent to AluPanel or Dibond. It offers an incredibly smooth printing surface for a sleek and stylish finish and resists rust and corrosion so your aluminium signs will look great for a long time to come. We print the panels at a high resolution 1440 dpi using weatherproof and UV-resistant inks. Matt, gloss, or dry wipe laminate options are also available to give your sign extra protection. Boards are supplied at a maximum sheet size of 8x4ft (2438x1219mm), any board printing orders larger than this will be split into sections. Laser Engraving & Cutting Services

The rotary attachment allows round objects to be engraved, such as glasses, bottles etc. The marking of organic materials like wood is based on material carbonisation which produces darkening of the surface and marks with high contrast.
Hardwoods like walnut, mahogany and maple produce good results. Softwoods can be judiciously engraved but tend to vaporize at less-consistent depths. Marking softwood requires the lowest power levels and enables the fastest cut speeds, while active cooling (e.g. a fan with sufficient airflow) inhibits ignition. Hard papers and fiberboard work well. Leathers though can be laser-engraved with a look very similar to hot-branding. Certain latex rubber compounds can be laser engraved; for example these can be used to fabricate inking-stamps. Can be used in denim, cotton, polyester blends, acrylic materials, accuracy of positioning 0,01 mm. We are selling these machines in Ireland, including accessories. Spare parts also available.
